Overview
At Mile Markers & Memories, every item is made to order. Because our products are custom printed through our production partners, most orders can’t be returned. That said, if something shows up wrong, we’ll take care of it.

We issue refunds or replacements for:
Damaged or defective items – If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace or refund it. Contact us within 30 days and include a photo of the problem.
Incorrect items – If you receive the wrong product, size, or design, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
Lost packages – If tracking shows no movement or delivery, we’ll send a replacement. Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We cannot accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse – All items are printed when you order them, so we can’t accept returns for choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking the color or style.
Incorrect addresses – If the address entered at checkout is incorrect and the order can’t be delivered, a new order will be needed. Refunds aren’t available for address errors.

How to request a refund or replacement
Email info@milemarkersandmemories.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the defect, misprint, or damage (if applicable)
We’ll review everything and get back to you quickly.

Processing your refund
• Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
• Replacements are processed right away and ship as soon as production is complete.
